I began my journey with acupuncture 25 yrs ago when my Fertility Specialist medical doctors informed me and my husband that after 3 years and many surgeries, hormone supplements, and disappointments later, they were unable to help me conceive. I was desperate to begin our family and felt completely hopeless until… I met a Classical Five-Element acupuncturist.  Within two months of being treated with acupuncture, I was pregnant with our first child. This non-conventional medicine had the solution to my problem which Western medicine wasn’t able to provide. Nine months later, our first child was born and I went on to conceive and deliver a second child and then later adopted our third.

It was after this huge success that I began to dream about becoming a practitioner myself. I yearned to learn more about this special medicine and to be able to share and help others with their health journey. I knew there was magic in this medicine.

I began studying for my Masters in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture in 2015. I attended ITEA (Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture) in Louisville, CO and have been treating clients since 2017. I currently practice in Old Town Lafayette which is also my home town and community of over 30 yrs.  I practice the traditional Classical Five-Element JR Worsley method of acupuncture.
